Rare pedal.
The battery clip shows signs of repair, but the pedal works fine both with battery and power supply (standard 9v, Boss-style, 2.1mm center negative). One of the battery cover hooks was glued, and some letters were carved near the 9v input (see pics).
Carefully tested and perfectly working.
